Frost & Sprinkle Booking Policy Welcome to our Cake and Sip experience! We are thrilled to have you join us for an enjoyable session of creativity and indulgence. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our booking policy below. Booking Procedures 1. Reservation Requirements: All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow for preparation and coordination. Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. 2. Group Reservations: We accommodate both individual and group bookings. For groups larger than 10, please contact us directly for special arrangements. 3. Session Duration: Each Cake and Sip session lasts approximately 2 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and setup. Payment and Cancellation 1. Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. 3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the booking fee is non-refundable. Additional Information 1. Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 18 years old. Those aged 16-17 may attend with a guardian. 2. Allergies and Dietary Needs: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. 3. Dress Code: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy. We are excited to have you join us for a memorable Cake and Sip experience.
